Heartland Events - JVA Compliance Requirement 

HEARTLAND EVENTS COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Only need to fill these out once covers the entire 2027 Heartland Event Season.
All teams need to fill out the following forms:  
Club Directors please fill out and sign: 2027 HVE Club Director Verification Form
Coaches Sign in sheet please please fill out sign: 2027 HVE Coach's Sign-In Form

NON-AFFILIATED TEAM please fill and sign the following:
NON-AFFILIATED Player NON-AFFILIATED Wavier 
*** A team may be dropped from the tournament if they do not fill out and sign the Club Directors Verification Form and the Heartland Coaches Sign-in sheet.


Heartland Events will be verifying that USAV team’s coaches are compliant by the following Actions:

  • Send a screenshot of their current USAV roster as the coach would be listed there and noted as passing their Background Screen and Abuse Prevention Training Course.
  • Participating club directors fill out and sign the attached waiver verifying the coaches that will be on the bench are Background Screen and Abuse Prevention Training Course. 
     

IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER- We send an email out and also post it on this Heartland Website notifiying Cancelation by 6:00 AM the day of the event.
