Gym opens at 7:30. A brief coaches/captains meeting will take place at 7:40 A.M. to go over the ground rules for the day. All coaches and players playing in the second match should be there at least a 1/2-hour early. Any changes to format, and playoff brackets will be handed out at the coaches meeting..

USVBA Rules will apply.

WARM UP FORMAT
*10 min warm up applies to the first 2 matches of the pool play each day and the first matches of bracket play.
*A 2-4-4 format will be used for the 10 minute warm up. The first two minutes will be for ball handling, followed by 4 minutes on the court for the serving team and then 4 minutes for the receiving team.
*5 min warm up applies to all other matches. A 1-2-2 format will be used for the 5 minute warm up.

Format- 1(5) team pools. Pool play will be 2 of 3 games rally scoring to 25 points with a 27 point cap. If needed 3rd game is to 15 no cap.

No Playoffs how team finish in the pool will be their placing.

Medals: 1st place, 2nd place, and all other team will receive a 3rd place medals.

Concessions and Tee Shirts will be on sale. Please remind your players and spectators. Thanks!

·      If the two team split their sets the team with the most favorable point differential will be award the match.

·       If  the two teams split there sets and the scores of the sets are the same resulting in a 0 point  differential,  an additional point would need to be played at the end of the second game

            Example:team A wins set one 25-22, team B wins set two 25-22, an addition point should be played in game two

 

All teamswill advance to one of the following playoff divisions; Gold (1st in Pool), Silver (2nd in Pool), Bronze (3rd  in Pool), Tin (4thin Pool)

 Medal for 1st, 2nd place of Gold, Silver, Bronze and Tin Divisions.

Playoff will begin after pool is completed

Make sure you check with the site director before leaving tournament.

Top two teams advance to the Gold Division. The 3rd & 4th place teams advance to Silver Division.
The 5th place team will be seeded in to the Bronze division one game to 25 rally point game no cap.

Medals for 1st and 2nd of Gold and Silver Divisions plus the winner of the Bronze Division game.
