Gym opens at 7:30. A brief coaches/captains meeting will take place at 7:40 A.M. to go over the ground rules for the day. All coaches and players playing in the second match should be there at least a 1/2-hour early. Any changes to the format, or playoff brackets will be handed out at the coaches meeting..
USVBA Rules will apply.
Format- Seven (4) team pools. Pool play will be 2 of 3 games rally scoring to 25 points with a 27 point cap. If needed 3rd game is 15 no cap. Teams DO NOT switch at 8 in pool play!
Medal for 1st, and 2nd , and 3rd place of Gold, Silver and Bronze Divisions
Playoff will begin after pool is completed. A playoff match is two out of three games to 25 pt., no cap. If a deciding game is needed it will be 15-point rally scoring. Team will switch at 8 and no cap.
Make sure you check with the site director before leaving tournament.
Concessions and Tee Shirts will be on sale. Please remind your players and spectators. Thanks!

It is not necessary for teams who have to travel to make it to this meeting if you are not scheduled to play at 8:00 A.M. but please be there by 8: 45 A.M. Please check with the Site Director when you do arrive for roster changes, etc.
